This is the first year we have made gingerbread houses and it was a lot of work but a lot of fun too. We invited friends over because what is the fun of eating icing, gum drops, sprinkles and cookies without moms and kiddos to share it with !!

it looks great! doesn't it kind of stink now though, since we cant eat it? toby asks me everyday if we can eat the house, but its been sitting out and i feel like it would be gross so i keep telling him no. he's learning to just admire it though and remember how fun it was to eat the candy while we were making it. :)
I am letting Ru dig into it on Christmas. I mean really if it is gross she will take one bite and be done!! Right ?!?
