AWESOMENESS !!!

Can you believe it !! At ten a.m . on Tuesday's and Wednesday's this theatre shows a movie for FREE for parents and kiddos. I am so adding this to my weekly summer schedule with Ru. Only one day though. Don't want her to watch too much and EAT too much popcorn. I am soo excited. Really. They are showing some good movies like Happy Feet, The pirates who don't do anything and much more. Mom's you should check to see if it is available in your area. AMC theatres are also doing it as well. Now, I just wonder how early I have to get there before the show starts to get a seat. Let's hope Isaiah does well. But I figured with a room full of kiddos how quiet can it really be !! So if anyone else know of free fun stuff to do please leave a comment !!!Between parks, movies, McDonalds (no Chickfila in Minneapolis),the zoo, and the children's museum, and lets not forget swimming, it should be a fun filled summer!!

Christmas in June part Two

So as a house warming gift to Ru and Isaiah, Nana and Papaw got then a swing set. Alan put it up tonite and I wanted to post pictures so they could see what it looks like set up. The kiddos love it. Ru even started taking her new cars and races them down the slide.

Christmas in June part One

So Ru and Isaiah's Great Aunt Lisa and Cousin Samuel gave Ru and Isaiah TONS of toys. I mean we are talking four boxes worth of just toys that Gram had shipped here as well as a suitcase full of boy clothes for Isaiah. It was definitely Christmas here at the Burdette's. Ru loves playing with all the cars and trains. She loved visiting her cousin in Texas. They got to swim, play and even had a sleep over!! (Thanks Lisa and Woofie !!)

Ru's new haircut

Well, it is that time again. Ru got a haircut and the hairdresser even put her hair in a ponytail. I watched her so I could put her hair in a pony tail !! And guess what, I think this will be a daily occurance. I know a shocker !!

Our reason for going to Texas

Sorry it has been such a long time since I blogged. We have had tons of things going on. I will try to post pictures sooner than later. Sooo for the first entry, Alan's sister Natalie got married memorial day weekend so we all flew up to participate and celebrate in her wedding. More wedding pics to come. We then went and visited all the grandparents and some great grandparents as well as some dear friends.
